How much sugar is actually in our food?

This afternoon the senior syndicate had Mrs Robb come and talk to us about how much sugar is in some of the foods we eat. We could not believe how much was in some of the drinks especially juices. It was a great afternoon where we had the opportunity to read a variety of packet labels ourselves too.

  3. Wow, I heard raro has 25 teaspoons of sugar in it.
    The best thing to have is water with a squeeze of fresh orange. Also if we have juice, just water it down.
